Being Happy With Yourself

So since this blog will also be about being happy with yourself and feeling comfortable in your own skin, I decided to share this post with you guys.

I lately discovered how incredibly important it is to be happy with yourself. So here are some tips:

1. Do not compare yourself with others, you are unique in your own way.

2. Think positive!

3.  Don’t take yourself and life too seriously.

4. Change what you can change (as long as you keep healthy and happy!), and accept what you can’t change.

5. Wear comfortable clothes, which make you feel confident and beautiful.

6. Live healthy, play sports and eat healthy food. It will make you feel a lot better.

7. Make a list of things you like about yourself and read it.

8. Listen to positive music.

9. Find something you truly enjoy doing. This will make you happier! (this was one of the reasons why I started this blog)

10. Write down all the good things you achieved that day. You’ll see how much there actually are!

11. You may have imperfections, but you are still an okay person! You’re imperfections don’t define you as a person.

12. People won’t remember how you looked or what you used to wear. People will remember the good things you did for others.

Always remember that the best accesory you can wear is confidence. It’s time to take a risk!
